We tailor each project to individual client needs. Whether your project is design-focused,organization-focused, or a hybrid, Shawn and Kayla will do an initial discovery call with you to discuss your situation.
Schedule an initial consultation. Our initial consultation includes:
1. Conduct a whole house tour
2. PowerPoint Presentation
3. Consultation: Ideas and solutions for your existing layout, new solutions, and
recommendations whether you are planning to stay in the home for years to come,
or looking to move soon
4. Written Ballpark Estimate following the appointment
Determine project scope, allowance, and timeline
Decision Time
After we’ve determined project timeline, allowance and scope, now’s the time you decide if you want to move forward with the project. Retainer is collected after the letter of agreement is signed and the project commences.
