She’s the first friendly face (or email!) new clients meet, the brain behind our systems and processes, and the glue that keeps our team running seamlessly. She handles everything from client communication and billing to training new hires and creating our monthly blog + newsletter. Hannah’s journey began at just 16, when she started working at a floral design studio. Over the years, she worked her way up to head designer, gaining experience in floral design, event planning, and coordination for more than a decade before transitioning into the catering world. There, she discovered her love for organizing through the design department she managed—creating an inventory catalog, streamlining systems, and developing a lookbook to help the sales team bring events to life.
Each step in her career naturally led her to Design Organize Gather, where all her skills came together seamlessly. From day one, she knew she had found her home with a team that shared her passion for creativity and transformation.
Hannah loves helping people feel good in their homes—turning challenging spaces into happy, functional places that reflect her clients’ personalities. Her warmth, laughter, and positive energy shine through in everything she does.
